If I wanted to do some yoga, cardio, and weight training every day...what order should it go in?

start out with yoga, then cardio then weight training and cool down with more yoga

I agree with the first answer, as yoga will warm up your muscles and get you ready for some good cardio with less chance of injury. After the weight training, more yoga will help stretch overworked muscles and help release toxins that have built up. Make sure you keep yourself well hydrated with good clean water before, during, and after your workouts.

That said, you can also pay attention to how you feel after trying it this way for a while. You may find you prefer to do it in a different order, so listen to your body and see what ultimately works best for you.
Good luck!

You should always do cardio before anything else. Make sure you stretch really good afterward and then move on to the weight training. Yoga should be last so you can stretch out your muscles and relax. If you were to do yoga before running you would probably be wasting your time because you'd just undo the calming effects of the yoga by working out... Good luck and I hope this helped!

What everyone has agreed on so far (and I do too), is cardio should precede weights.
If the circulation in your major muscle groups is thoroughly elevated from some sustained cardio, you will be far less likely to pull a muscle during the exertion of lifting.

As to where to place yoga, if time was no consideration, I would start and end with yoga.
If time is limited, I would choose to end with yoga.

Asanas (poses) that emphasize stretching will counteract the contracted muscle fibers resulting from the weight reps, which over time contributes to bulky/tight muscles and reduced range of movement.
(unless you're actually trying to add bulk).

But ultimately, as Gwenhaven already said, listen to your body and find out what sequence works best for you.
