What is a good yoga pose to relax myself a bit=)?

my yoga teacher said that a good relaxation pose is the child's pose. basically, you just sit on your heels, lean your head on the floor in front of you, and either reach your hands as far forward as you can or relax them by your side. i find it works in some cases but so does the down dog, especially when you have a headache. it's the whole inversion thing. just make sure to spread your weight out equally between your arms and feet. i know i always forget to do that and it really does make a difference.

There's the corpse. I forget the Indian name for it. But it's basically laying flat on your back. I start all my yoga sessions with it - it's a chance to center/ground and get my breath back after hitting the punching bag.

Yoga in general I find very relaxing, not connected to any particular pose. Just the whole routine leaves me feeling refreshed because I'm focusing on IT, not on all the other crap that pops into my head.
