From your experience, what is better? Turbo Jam or Yoga Booty Ballet?

I wanna get an exercising video but i dont know what to get. Its not just from these choices but what really gave you results? Good results that you can see like in a bout 2 weeks or so? Thank you so much!

Turbo Jam is definitely the more high intensity of the two programs. If you like to dance, might I suggest that you consider Rockin Body? I've lost 22 lbs. and 25" in about 7 weeks, and the program burns a lot of calories and is so much fun. Regardless of which program you choose, 2 weeks is not really enough time to see major results. If you have any questions about any of these programs, I'm an independent coach for Beachbody, so please feel free to contact me through my profile.

It really depends on what you like and what you want for results.
My personal favorite program is Turbo Jam. I like a more fast paced energy filled workout. You will get great results your first week in energy, coordination and cardio strength. You will start to see the pounds drop for sure by week 2 (depends on your eating plan of course).

My sister in law likes Yoga booty. She likes slower more low impact training. She likes the stretching and it helps with posture etc. She is very tall (about 6ft) so she likes the challenge and stretching of the yoga. Also mixed with the Dance is great for her.

Turbo Jam has a bit more toning and also is expandable with several other programs in the series.

Without knowing what you really like I would suggest Turbo Jam since most people really like it! (plus it's my favorite) :)

The program combo that gave me the best results was Turbo Jam on my cardio days and Power90 Master Series mixed with P90X on resistance days. Fortunate for me I am a Team Beachbody Coach so I was able to get all the programs in a coach only kit for about 50% off ;)

Hope that helps!

Turbo jam is on a strict diet..
10 pounds= 1 week. (: so turbo jam is better.
