I totally over exercised and hurt my muscles will yoga help? |
I totally over exercised and now my muscles really hurt, will yoga help or will it add to the pain? No, give yourself a couple of days break now. it depends how you hurt them, if you have pulled them or strained them you need to give them a few days rest to recover. Yoga is good for nearly everything, but in your case I think it might be best just not to exercise for a while... then in a few days do some Yoga to stretch and get limber. i think u should take complete rest and its better u go for phisiotherephy............................. genrally ladies for there body fitnesses go for exercises ................ but the reall fact is its better to yogo better than that more than likely it will. yoha stretches out the body, relaxes it, unless you're doing advanced yoga. i usually do yoga after i work out, it works for me. maybe really basic yoga- or just stretch. Mild yoga will help loosen the muscles but I'd prefer to just sit in a hot tub and let my aches melt away naturally. NO it wont really, but a massage will and a visit to a physiotherapist. Bed for 2 days. |
