Eight ozs BUT take at least 16 ozs of room tempature bottled water with you and drink as needed. 250ml every 30 minutes should be fine and make sure the water in the final hour is room temperature. If you drink cold water realize that your body has to wait until it warms to body temperature inside before it can use it to hydrate your body. If you're thirsty, then drink! |
