Has anyone lost weight doing yoga booty ballet? How much in how long?

How mature the first answer was. I will let my husband in Iraq know what kind of people are in the country he is serving.

Ignore that jackass up top. I personally Have not used it but I have heard great things from it, You will not lose the weight as fast as you can from other programs but you will become hooked on YBB. And wont mind doing it daily which is a good thing! Alot of people seen results <IE> toning not so much huge weight lose, im not sure how much your trying to lose from it...

My best friend has this program; and she lost quite a bit of weight between 20 and 25 pounds.(but she did it along with other things, ie: going to the gym). I think that this exercise is not going to make you release a lot of weight unless you eat really severely.

This is more of a toning/slimming program more than a major weight-loss program, which i think for women is the best bet. Considering that you want to aim to lose 1 to 3.5 pounds a week at most, you can slowly lose weight while toning up/strengthening at the same time. I just started this regime; so I will keep you updated. (but I'll be doing just this, and maybe a 1 or 2 mile walk a day).

i used this "YBB" and it didnt do anything so i did turbo jam and i lost 10pounds in 1 month and now im going to be doing Power 90 you can lose 40-70 pounds in 90 days!!! but im sure if you stick with YBB u will lose weight but i need to lose at least 5 pounds a week and YBB is to get tone and tight but i think i like harder things better i love being challenged

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days. It might be the thing you are looking for, I know it's well balanced. If you want e-mail me and I can tell you more about either of these.
