Is doing yoga good for losing weight? |
I'm only looking at about five pounds here, not a hundred. I used to be extremely flexible [splits all three ways and "over spilts"...google it! :) ] but becuase I overdid it one time, I couldn't strech for a couple of months and it killed my flexiblity. But, I digress. Yoga isn't the best activity in the world for weight loss, but it's better than nothing. If you want to have an impact on your weight you should be aiming for at least an hour a day. |
