Yoga, pilates, other? |
do you do yoga or pilates, if so how many times a week and do you do any other types of exercise aswell. How many times a week? I have a "Power Yoga" DVD that I've been doing 3 times a week for almost a year now. It rocks. It's how I started building muscle in my arms and calves especially. I go 5 times a week - 2x legs,bums n tums classes, 1 body balance (combo of pilates, yoga and tai chi), 1 tai chi, 1 gym session (weights and cardio) and a step class. pilates-3x a week i dont do |
