I wanna take up Yoga at home [wot steps can i do]?


I really wanna do yoga and be more flexible. I have such a stiff back and think it will help.
Can you give me some tips for yoga moves? x

There's this move i do which is called the back stretch. You sit on the floor with your feet extended in front of you. You raise your hands and then move them slowly to your knees. Then, you start to bend your back until your head is as close as possible to your knees. This will be on your first day. Hold for 20 seconds. On the second day, do this same one. On the third day, repeat the knee bend and then move your hands to your calves. On the fourth day, also do these two. On the fifth day, do these two and then move your hands to your ankles. on the sixth and seventh day, do these three. On the 8th day, attempt to hold your feet. This might be very hard. In case you can't do it, just repeat the ankle movement twice.
In all cases, elbows bend outward and you hold for a count of 20.
After the 15th day, you should be able to hold your feet ad to make your head touch your knees, if not, it's not a problem. After that day, after you finish the 4 movements, keep holding your feet and attempt to lower your elbows to touch the floor near your legs. Hold this for ten seconds.
