How do i prevent queefing during yoga? |
towards the end of yoga class i always seem to work up a queef and i can never hold it in. How embarrasing! please help. thanks in advance. Does it smell???(just curious) anyways try doing REALLY slow movements at the end. you can get those ball things... but for FREE you can just do kegels. You basically work out the muscles you use to stop peeing. You can do them all the time and it really helps! It helped me a ton and now more relaxed in class. Benwa balls inserted and held in your vagina will increase muscle tone (i.e. make you tighter) and help to keep your vaginal walls closer. They are inexpensive and hygenic, as long as you wash them after use. lmao! |
