Can I take a gentle yoga class 2 hrs after massage? |
I know I shouldn't push it, but I'd love to do both on the same day. Of course and in either order. The massage will loosen up your muscles and benefit you in the yoga. The yoga would relax you and benefit you in the massage. Oh definitely. I think it would do wonders for you. Do the yoga first, then the massage. Much more relaxing in that order! |
