Hey all,this is my new plan.I do cardio twice a week,yoga twice a week,and im drinking a mug of green tea. |
more.. I forgot to say, I drink between 1 and 2 litres of water as well. Well, don't expect results right away. It will take about a week or two before you see results. And do your cardio and yoga on different days, and I would drink a mug of water over green tea. I drink 100 oz of water a day anyway, and it keeps my weight maintained and it cleans me out. Sounds like you have a good start to a healthy life. Weight loss varies from person to person, but if you are exercising efficiently a 1-2 lb loss a week is healthy. You want steady loss, not rapid, unhealthy weight loss. If you only have 10-15 lbs to lose it may take a lot of change in your exercise to get those last few pounds off. your not just going to drop all this weight from eating well. Sounds great, although i hope your soup is homemade, not a packet one?...and besides a salad sandwich is also good, you need some carbs for cardio, just use multigrain bread instead. . |
