Hey all,this is my new plan.I do cardio twice a week,yoga twice a week,and im drinking a mug of green tea.

Im swapping a carb lunch i.e sandwich to having soup instead.
Do you think I will lose weight?How long till i see results?

I forgot to say, I drink between 1 and 2 litres of water as well.

Well, don't expect results right away. It will take about a week or two before you see results. And do your cardio and yoga on different days, and I would drink a mug of water over green tea. I drink 100 oz of water a day anyway, and it keeps my weight maintained and it cleans me out.

Sounds like you have a good start to a healthy life. Weight loss varies from person to person, but if you are exercising efficiently a 1-2 lb loss a week is healthy. You want steady loss, not rapid, unhealthy weight loss. If you only have 10-15 lbs to lose it may take a lot of change in your exercise to get those last few pounds off.

your not just going to drop all this weight from eating well.
it will take alot more than cardio and yoga to lose massive amounts.
but assuming you dont you will eventually IF you keep up the plan see yourself trip down.

Sounds great, although i hope your soup is homemade, not a packet one?...and besides a salad sandwich is also good, you need some carbs for cardio, just use multigrain bread instead.
