What are benefits of practicing YOGA daily? how many of you had practiced it?


i suffur from negaive thinking and constapation,can yoga cure it

how many of you had practiced it in the past?

Doing yoga daily will keep you flexible. It helps to lessen stress. If you have a specific problem you can find a yoga posture that can help. You can search on the net, go to Amazon search of info. Check out different yoga sites for info. I practice daily to keep flexible..had bad auto accident and yoga helps me keep moving.

I've been into yoga since I was a kid,as I felt naturally drawn to it.
Bear in mind it's very different from going to the gym or practising a sport.
You have to go to classes,you can't learn it from a DVD or a book.
A reputable yoga centre is vastly preferable to local authorities classes.
It has to be practised regularly,not once a month ,or whenever you can make it,and you have to learn proper abdominal breathing,relaxation,as well as all the basic postures.
Yes,bowel functions can improve dramatically,as well as your outlook on life.
But bear in mind what I said above. Yoga is a commitment,not like riding a bike when the sun's out on a summer's day.Try it,see how you take to it,then decide for yourself.

Yoga is great for toning and stretching muscle...it also helps many with mental balance and calmness. Perhaps your doctor or more fiber in your diet can help you with the constipation issue.

Try it and see if it helps you...I love it, but moreso for the physical aspect than the mental.

I don't know about the constipation, but I think it will help you sort out your negative thoughts. I just did some yesterday as a warm down from my gym workout and it certainly helps me to relax.
