i suffur from negaive thinking and constapation,can yoga cure it Doing yoga daily will keep you flexible. It helps to lessen stress. If you have a specific problem you can find a yoga posture that can help. You can search on the net, go to Amazon search of info. Check out different yoga sites for info. I practice daily to keep flexible..had bad auto accident and yoga helps me keep moving. I've been into yoga since I was a kid,as I felt naturally drawn to it. Yoga is great for toning and stretching muscle...it also helps many with mental balance and calmness. Perhaps your doctor or more fiber in your diet can help you with the constipation issue. I don't know about the constipation, but I think it will help you sort out your negative thoughts. I just did some yesterday as a warm down from my gym workout and it certainly helps me to relax. |
