A sequential yoga workout?



I've been yearning some yoga, but all the books just seem to show asanas not in any particular order. is there a site or book that has a good daily workout sequence starting from feet to head. if you know what I mean.

I've watched a couple of the several free online classes offered at http://www.yogatoday.com/ and found them to be good quality instruction.
