Do you exercise yoga?


Is it good and if so what do you exercise?

Yoga is great exercise. It is good for improving posture, toning muscles, and increasing your flexibility. It is not, however, a cardiovascular exercise that burns a lot of calories.

yes i do yoga , i love it so much! its good for ur posture and helps ur body to be more Flexible ,u can buy a yoga dvd any wear ,but i would recommend u do it in a gym , that way u will do it the rite way , besides its so exiting .. GO !! TRY IT !!!
