Cardio. Quit using frustrating diet and exercise plans that only work a little at best and are agonizing to use. You know the TV show "The Biggest Loser" well check this out, this was the plan that two of the biggest "losers" on that show used, it obviously works quick. . i think cardio is better because yoga is so you can get relaxed Definitely cardio. Yoga has to do more with muscle toning and balance. |
