Yoga or Meditation for Beginers? |
I want to start yoga or meditation at home by my self what's the best way for some one to start who has never done this before. Yoga is a mental excercise as well as a physical excercise. There is a meditation which promises everything - enlightenment, samadhi, spiritualism etc. I have tried yoga and meditation and to me meditation is more...convenient because you can do it with little room (no stretching room.) But everyone is different so I suggest youu give both a try seperately but rember that there is no reason at all not to do both. Yogists actually not only do yaoga but also meditates. I think Meditation is good for beginners. For your info there is a unique meditation called Transcendental Meditation. Its very easy to practice at home and good for our healthy life.
