Will cardio, yoga, or weight lifting burn fat faster? I am female and need to drop 10 pounds.?

Honestly I would do all three. I do weights three times a week, cardio twice a week, and yoga on Saturday with a rest day on Sunday. You need to do a balance of cardio an weights to not only increase weight loss, but also keep from getting bored (walking the treddie can get awfully repetitive)
