Does doing yoga everyday help you grow, I'm 14 at 5'1.? |
My dad is 5'11 and mom 5'3 and I'm a boy. It helps stretch you, but that doesn't mean it will help you grow. depends. it does not MAKE you grow, but getting regular exersize and eating a good diet will help you reach full height potential. your shorter than your mother, so i take it you havent hit a spurt yet. but dont freak, im sure you will hit a spurt. No. i'm sure it doesn't! sorry hun! if it did, i would be doing it ALL the time! (im 4' 10') |
