Does anyone know of any specific yoga moves to ease distressed round ligaments.? |
i am almost 38 weeks pregnant and am in terrible discomfort and sometimes pain from over-stretched round ligaments. i was wondering if there are any specific yoga moves or positions which will ease the overly taut feeling in my body (particular areas include the sides and the belly). 2 words. laughter yoga. it works better than regular yoga. do you have those special appointments? you should get into physical therapy. it helps pregnant women in times like you are experiencing. |
