Can i still do yoga if i'm overweight?


well i'm not incredibly overweight. i'm simply not thin. i was thinking that it could probably help me relax my shaking problem that i have.

Yoga works more with balance and stability. Being overweight can be a disadvantage, but you can still do the pose. Make sure you do them correctly for the best results and maintain good posture.

of course u can. i go to yoga with someone who is overweight, and just since we have been going, she is improving and generally feels better. go for it :D

what a silly question, of course! If you experience joint/back pain at all you will want to try a less intense pose.
