Can some one put together a 23-45 minute yoga workout for me? |
i want to start to do yoga, but i dont know anything about poses or anything. i dont have the money to buy a video from target or something, so i need online videos or a list of poses, how to do them, and how long to do them. o. lol its supposed to be 30-45 minutes. Try yogatoday.com - they have free lessons you can follow along with every day. I think they are all a bit longer than 45 minutes, but you could always leave off the last part, or skip a bit in the middle. After you try it for a couple weeks, you could probably pick your own favourite postures and create a 30-45 routine that works for you.
