Can anyone tell me about the yoga for celibacy, body and mind control? |
i m 19y male.. good thought...YOU CAN PRACTICE ISHA YOGA WHICH IS A NOT RELIGIOUS. if u want to control your body, your mind, your emotions and the energies which make these three to work efficiently, definitely u need to do yoga. Dictionary defines Yoga as "Union", It will help u to realize you are a part of this universe and everything is ONE from the same Energy in different forms. When u Experience that, not through theory or understanding but when u FEEL that way, you'll then know how important this life is and you'll care and value everything, u'r body, u'r mind, emotions, energies and everything around you. you'll get a clarity and perceive things in the way they are and u can easily get what u wish for and dedicate yourself to get that IN A VERY QUICKER AND JOYFUL WAY. IF YOU KNOW TO CONTROL YOURSELF, U CAN CONTROL THE WHOLE WORLD. Do some research. Nobody can sum this up for you in a couple of paragraphs Why yes, of course. quiet the mind |
