What are some easy home yoga exercises?


and how do I motivate myself to not give into the High Fructose Corn Syrup?

I do Diamond Dallas Page's YRG Workout at home 3-4 times a week. It is yoga based and they added in other exercise movements that helps tone your body. What I like is the ability to modify it so I can start at an easy level and adjust it as I get better. Good Luck!
