100%. It is a centuries old practice in India. It helps one attain mental & physical tranquility. The body and mind should be in sync just as a string instrument has to be tuned. yeah..provided u do it sincerely and correctly while u r at it....sme people just do yoga or meditation fr the heck of it and hence it doesnt help..i have seen people transform if they do it correctly
