I am doing yoga, and will be doing power training once a week. What exactly is power training?

Wow - an question for me!

I have been doing power training for 19 years.
Go to Allexperts. Then go to Health, then go to Strength Training.

This is where you life up something heavy and HOLD it for 60 seconds.
What is heavy; when it feels heavy after holding it for 30 seconds. NOT the instant you pick it up. That is too heavy!!

Why lift and hold? Lifting heavy grinds the joints together. So by lifting and holding, you do not damage the joints.

What do you NEVER do in power training; lift over your head or over your neck when lying down UNLESS you are using a power rack.

What it does; tightens up ALL the muscles in your body. Then your body recovers over a week (it is THAT intense!) and your muscles get stronger, tighter. Your bones get denser.

Tip; keep your joints bent, elbows, knees, lower back, when lifting and holding; make the muscles hold the weight, not your bones.

i saw this on tv but i think its when you do excersises that are very slow and that your muscles work twice as hard. i think its for like 20 minutes a week or sumthing but you need a trainer.
when you lift your BF's dick a hundred times a day. Seriously though the guy above me is spot on cricket, i did power training for 5 years when i was 22 but i found that my c0ck shrunk to a miserable 6.5 inches.
