no age restriction, ive seen some really old people (in great shape) doing yoga.
until hes breathing his last breath on his deathbed ok....this is the power of yoga
I have 90 year olds in my class
No restiction on practising YOGA. You can do yoga as long as your body permits you to do. You can chooose asans (postures) and other yogic activities which is not stressful to you. The whole idea of yoga is to do anything at whatever age without any stress, but streaching as much as possbile without straining oneself.
I've never heard of an upper age for yoga. My grandma teaches yoga and aerobics classes. She's in her 70's, and even though she recently broke her hip she recovered quickly and is still leading the classes.
My 84 year old grandmother still practises Yoga and Thai Chi to this day! She is in amazing shape.
till your end of time...yoga is a good exercise system and as long as you have no medical reasons not to you can
