HELP! I want to take a bikram yoga class but I have a very sensitive nose and it stinks.? |
The room has carpet and as you probably know the room is heated. The studio looks clean but I guess from all the sweat it stinks. Any suggestions of how to block the smell? Anyone else have this problem? ANd should I expect all the studios to smell like B.O.? Chew a very minty gum. chew cinnimon gum or use peppermint oil just under your nostrils to help block smell apply your favourite scent under and around the sides of your nose and lightly in the palms of your hands.a few drops on your mat is good. as Long as its not slippery. scented oil is best since it wont irritate your nostrils. or apply some around the rim of your shirt or on your chest. it works wonders on those downward dog positions LOL. After a while you get used to it and you dont notice the smell anymore. I've been doing Bikram for more tham 2 years and once you get in there and you are so focused on the class, the last thing on your mind is the smell. |
