Is walking four miles, 15 minutes of yoga, 5 minutes of crunches, and 10 minutes of weights too much for a day

What changes or additions would you make

I would just be sure to alternate the muscle groups you are working if you do the weights every day. 4 miles of walking and 15 min of yoga are a good combo. Crunches you can do all day every day, so don't lose those either.
it is definetly not too much exercise but it really depends on what your goals are.
