Can somebody with low blood pressure practice yoga?

I believe in yoga and its benefits, but everytime I do the asanas that requires head lower than the body I feel like I am going to faint.

Of course. You will just have to be sensitive to what is going on in your body. If you begin to feel faint; stop immediately and sit down or lie down.

You did not specify how low your BP is si I can only give you a general answer.
Why dont you just concentrate on the breathing exercises to become stronger first.
you have to practice your yoga. try some other poses and practice deep breathing. Work your way into it.......
