Which one is quicker for weight loss? Yoga or gym workouts?



how faster can i lose weight and by doing what?fitness exersises or yoga

Yoga is to build a strong metabolism and more flexibility, purification.

if intending to loose weight..... gym is gud....
in yoga there are some perticular exercises that u must do .......
ask a yoga instructor..
coz if i tell u ...i wont be able to explain how to do it ........
so its better that yoga instructor shows u
and also do some breating exercises in yoga (pranayaam )
Kickboxing
gym workouts
gym workouts
cardio and weights aka the gym
In order to lose weight you need to lower your calorie intake and use moderate exercise. It really depends what you are doing at the gym but it is more likely that the gym would help you lose weight than yoga.
Both are equally fast. Yoga is just healthier.
