I want to get habitual to get up early in the morning my 5:30 and do Yoga, Exercise! Please gimme the tricks?



I am not able to get up early in the morning! Whatever I think in the night to get up early tomorrow morning.... I forget everything on the bed the next day morning! Please help me! Please!
