If Doctors say to spend no more than 10-15 min. in a sauna, how is a 90 Min. Bikram Yoga session good for me?

I can certainly see where it can detoxify the body thru sweating out impurities and flushing with new water, but I can't see how this type of Yoga is healthy or good for the body overall.

Breathing becomes labored, sweat begins to sting the eyes, the constant wiping of perspiration from the face distracts form the poses, occassional dissiness...

A Sauna is between 49 and 100 掳C (70 being typical)

Bikram yoga is at 40.5 掳C

There's a huge difference in temperature.
It's the heat that is a problem in the sauna. For some people, a sauna can raise their body temperature several degrees without them even being aware. This is bad for the fetus. Exercise, unless very energetic, doesn't do this normally.
