Is yoga learned better in India or US. Yoga is connected to spirituality? |
Pne of the most noticed positives of the west is that you guys track the root of something if needed to be used or worked. For eg. If you wanna do a film based on a chinees charector, you would go down to China, visit people similar to the charector, Study behaviour, history and so on. Dont you think Yoga also need to be learned at India with the phylosophy so that it is more effective. Unfortunately Yoga is taught as an execise without the phylosophy. You're absolutely right. Yoga must be learned in India where the actual traditions of yoga are still taught correctly. In the Western world they have modified everything to meet their own requirements and yoga has also been affected. A lot of aasanas have been modified to work for the Western people. The yoga you learn in the West is not actual Indian yoga. If you're looking for good quality spirituality. Please refer to your creator and study the bible for yourself.
