When can I start doing Yoga again? |
I just had my third child. I gained 71 lbs this pregnancy and am determined to start losing weight. I was doing tons of Experienced levels of Yoga before conception, and then just went to walking while I was pregnant. So, my baby is now 11 days old. When I can start at least lighter levels of Yoga? I would say when you feel you are ready. If you push yourself to hard to fast you will pay. It sounds like you are going to be smart about it. You might want to try Weight Watchers also. I gained 90 pounds with my 1st daughter and lost 70 in 6 months... just to gain it all back when I was pregnant with my 2nd daughter. I've been back on it now for 7 months and have lost 60 (I'm not as gung ho as I was the first time). It works and it's not that hard. I don't go to the meeting or do the on line thing. I just got the teal calculator off eBay, it does everything for you. Feel free to ask me any questions. Don't be to hard on yourself yet. Enjoy your new baby! Good luck and Congrats!!
