Would you reccomend yoga, or pilates, or something else?



I'm having trouble deciding =P

it depends on what your goals are.

yoga is great for building flexibility, spirituality, and for relaxing your mind.
pilates will tone you up very well.
if you are looking to lose weight, then you can do either of these and supplement with cardio sessions and some weight lifting. some other fun things to try are swimming, tennis, cardio salsa, and hip hop dancing. have fun!
i love pilates. while you're doing it it doesn't even feel like you're working out but after you're done, you feel so much more engergized and you're body just feels good.
