Do you like to work out in a gym or like to do yoga or have a good walk for burning calories or none of them?

Share a thought on the significance of excercise

if there are good( helpful and equally devoted to workout who like to talk less and workout more) buddies with a reasonable prized gym then I will think about going to gym
yoga ..... I have to rethink on it, I want to try it out, I have never done it so I can't say.
a good walk( actually a good jog) is what I do everyday to keep my self fit along with sufficient healthy food
i walk when i can, half an hour stints
I like yoga because it's relazing, and I also like walking because it's not too strenuous.
I like kickboxing. It's really fun and burns a lot of calories.
We have a home gym (exercise bike, elliptical, treadmill and weight machine) so i work out there... i prefer to work out a home instead of a gym but when we are on vacation i will go to a gym...
working out in a gym and walking are my forms of exercise....i try to work out at least 3 times per week as it helps relieve stress.
A good morning-walk keeps me active all the day.
