Why has the west adopted a weak "tummy trimming" sort of yoga and stripped it of all its spirituality and |
depth as in the yoga sutras of patanjali and the hatha yoga pradipika. Does anyone have a clue what I'm talking about? They will simply disregard this because they are doing whatever they want in the first place. At this rate the cost to attend such a seminar should be wholesale prices. Yes. I used to meditate, and when I'd tell people I did yoga, they'd usually say something about the lotus position. |
