What is the best time to do yoga?

Can I jog first and then do yoga? Is it better that way or just yoga by itself?

Yoga helps one to meditate and concentrate one's thoughts while simulatneously picking effective blood circulation and harmony within the body. The intent with yoga is typically different than jogging. While jogging helps you tone your muscles and sweat out extra calories, yoga typically does not help you with those.

I, therefore recommend that you do yoga in the morning and utilize your evenings during more strenuous exercise as jogging.
Yoga can give you an intense work out all on its own. Jogging first may be a little jarring to your system but it could be helpful in warming your muscles first. Yoga is best done in the morning before any other activity. If you choose another time of the day try to find your session at the same time each day.
I think you should do yoga first , but don't forget to stretch. Because you could pull a yogalicious muscle. And then you will nver be able to do yoga again. But I think you should do yoga first so that you can relax your mind and practice deep breathing. and mabye after get an ice-cream and THEN take a very long jog.......

I have done cardio exercise before yoga and it works out just fine. I wouldn't do it after because of the relaxation of yoga.
Best time for YOGA is 5:30-8:00 AM, Do it without eatong any thing And u wiil feel awsom.................
I m from INDIA the place which gave birth toyoga so y i know the right time 4 it..............
I usually find that in the morning, to get up and do yoga, helps my whole body awaken. It helps rid me of the stiffness of sleep and just makes me feel more revitalized, alert, and limber, and ready for the day. Afterwards, I might take a little jog around the block. I find that yoga before jogging gets your body ready for the cardio of jogging, basically just loosening you up. If I go jogging before stretching even the slightest bit in the morning, it feels a bit more forced and difficult. I've heard that you should also stretch and do yoga-esque type acivities after jogging as a cool-down. It helps your muscles deal with the workout better and is better for your body instead of just resting after jogging.
it will be hard to concentrate if you are already tired from your jogging, so my advise is to do the yoga alone. it needs a lot of concentration.
